Allure Verse Returns & Exchanges
Our Commitment
We want you to be happy with your Allure Verse purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most items.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, with original packaging intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Due to hygiene reasons, some items like undergarments and opened beauty products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
We may request photographic evidence of the defect or damage for our records.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at umer.malik556@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective/damaged item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit for the full value of the returned item, valid for one year on our online store only.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges can be made online or at any Allure Verse retail store.
Products purchased on discount or sale will only be exchanged for the current selling price of the item.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify our return and exchange policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
